CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule as well as be charged for 50% of your service. Please note that all retainer fees are non-refundable. The retainer fee (deposit as shown on site) reserves your appointment and will be applied to your service. Cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the retainer fee. If you no-show your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the full price of your booked service.
